About the plugin
Where does the free shipping amount come from?
From your WooCommerce shipping settings: the bar uses the Free shipping amount of each shipping zone, the same one your checkout uses. It also reads Flexible Shipping, Advanced Free Shipping and GLS. You can set your own amount too, and Pro can set one per shipping method.
Does it work with the block-based Cart and Checkout?
Yes, with Pro. Pick a position in the settings and the bar appears in the Cart, Checkout and Mini-Cart blocks, with no page editing. The free version works with the classic cart and checkout pages.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The bar is built together with the rest of the page, and its small script only asks for an update when the cart changes and a bar on the page needs it.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, if your theme uses WooCommerce’s cart, checkout and mini-cart, as most themes do. For themes with their own side cart, Pro supports FunnelKit Cart, WPC Fly Cart and Xootix Side Cart, and adds a shortcode and a block to place the bar anywhere.
Does it work with currency switchers?
Yes, with Pro. The free shipping and gift amounts are converted for FOX (WOOCS), CURCY, WPML’s WooCommerce Multilingual and WooPayments multi-currency.
Is the free version enough for me?
If your store uses the classic cart and checkout, it’s a good start: the progress bar, a free gift goal, product badges and your own messages. Pro adds the block checkout, ready-made designs, the gift added to the cart automatically, the add-to-cart popup and more places to show the bar.

Plugin will work in “free” mode, all “pro” features will be blocked and you will no longer receive support and updates, which could affect compatibility with future WordPress & WooCommerce versions.
Can I use the same license on production and staging sites?
Yes, you can utilize a single license for Live/Production, Staging, Dev, and Localhost Sites as long as your domain name clearly indicates it is a development or staging site. Our system is designed to automatically recognize specific domains and subdomain conventions associated with staging or development environments.
Can I transfer the Free Shipping Label Pro license key from one domain to
another?
Of course! Just deactivate the plugin from the previous domain and activate it on the new one. You can manage it in your account via the WP Admin dashboard in WooCommerce → Free Shipping Label → Account.
Can I buy a “lifetime” license?
No, there is no special lifetime license available at the moment. You can only buy an annual or monthly license.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, if you ever decide that Free Shipping Label isn’t the best plugin for your business, simply cancel your account from your Account panel.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
