The Product Label marks products that get free shipping on their own: a small “Free shipping!” badge on products whose price reaches your free shipping threshold. Customers see at a glance which products ship free.

Where: WooCommerce → Free Shipping Label → Product Label.

Example: free shipping from 50 €. A 60 € jacket shows the label, a 20 € T-shirt doesn’t.

Note: The label compares the price customers see (with or without tax, as your store shows prices) to the threshold from the Free Shipping tab. Without a threshold (no free shipping found), no label shows.

General

Control which products receive a label and where the label is enabled.

Enable Product Label

Turns the label on. Off by default.

Exclude

Products and categories that never show the label, whatever their price. Type at least 3 letters to search.

Always show for shipping class

Products in this shipping class always show the label, whatever their price. Useful when some products ship free for another reason, for example light items you send by letter.

Enable for simple products

Shows the label on the product page of simple products. On by default.

Enable for variable products

Shows it on variable products when the cheapest variation qualifies. On by default.

Enable for the selected variation

Shows it once the customer picks a variation that qualifies. On by default.

Listed products

The shop page, category pages and other product lists.

Enable for simple products / Enable for variable products

As above, for products in lists. Both on by default.

Label over image

Places the label on the product image in lists, instead of next to the price.

  • Position: Top left (default), Top right, Bottom left or Bottom right. Top positions suit most themes; bottom ones can sit close to the price or button.
  • Vertical margin, Horizontal margin: distance from the image’s edges. Default: 32px each.

Text label

Choose a text-label preset and customize its text and icon.

Design preset

Ready-made looks, each previewed with the text: Classic (default colors), Minimal, Soft Pill, Outline, Underline, Mint, Soft UI, Theme Match, Aurora, Neon Night, Bold, Delivery Road, Shimmer, Candy, Glass, Tag, Ribbon and Seal. Some are made for an image corner (Ribbon, Seal) or colored backgrounds (Glass); the hint says so.

Text

Default: “Free shipping!”. Leave empty to use the default text, translated for each language.

Icon

An icon before the text, for example a delivery truck.

Text color, Background color

The label’s colors. Defaults: black text on white.

Hide border and shadow

A flat label without a border or shadow.

Image label

Use an image badge instead of the text label and set its width.

Enable

Shows an image (your own badge) instead of the text label.

Image

Choose an image from the media library or paste its URL.

Width

The image width in pixels. Default: 50.
